II. Processing of personal data

 

1. Description and scope of data management

You can contact us via the email address provided. The personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be saved. Other data we collect are made obvious by the respective forms, which are available for download and are used for processing of orders or inquiries. The data will not be passed on to third parties, unless it is a necessary step to process orders/legal relationships or if the transfer is required by law.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR if the user has given their consent.

The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. If the e-mail contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing

We use the personal data voluntarily transmitted to us via email, using forms or otherwise for processing of orders, fullfilling contracts and processing inquiries, for our advertising and for invoicing our services.

4. Duration of storage

We store personal data for as long as you give us your consent. The duration is as necessary for processing of orders, fullfilling contracts and processing inquiries, and required by lawful storage obligation.

We reserve the right to use data for our advertising, namely to save names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses as long as you do not expressedly withdraw your consent.

5. Possibility of objection and elimination

When personal data relating to the European Union (EU) are processed in accordance with Article 3 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of such data.

III. Cookies and web analysis

1. Use of cookies

By using our website, you agree that cookies are set by us and that personal usage data is collected, stored and used, even after the end of the browser session. 3. Google AdWords and Analytics Remarketing

We use Google AdWords to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. For this purpose, when you visit our website, the so-called remarketing cookie is set by Google, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in optimal marketing of our website within the framework of a balancing of interests.

Any further data processing will only take place if you have given your consent to Google that your web and app browser history will be linked to your Google account by Google and that information from your Google account will be used to personalize ads that you see on the web see. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing.
